By using the Duplete application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully before using Duplete.
You must use the Duplete application in accordance with your local laws. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and your local laws, you must not use the Duplete application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the functionality provided by the Duplete application is provided “as is” and used at your sole risk with no warranties whatsoever.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any media with personal and/or monetary value is backed up appropriately with redundant isolated copies.
Users are responsible for independently verifying that any media triggered for deletion by Duplete is aligned with their own intent. This includes inspecting the “Recently Deleted” feature in the Photos application, if available.
Duplete reserves the right to modify prices of available purchase/subscription options at any time, as well as to offer special promotions.
Duplete cannot offer invoices or refunds for any payments made (due to limitations imposed by Apple). If you have a billing dispute, you must contact the App Store to seek a remedy.
You may cancel any active subscription to Duplete by contacting Apple’s App Store. You will not be entitled to any refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
Due to limitations imposed by Apple, it is impossible for Duplete’s developers or support agents to cancel subscriptions directly.
These Terms of Use may change from time to time. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page. You are advised to review these Terms of Use regularly.
